UCA has had a positive experience with their patients when they seek reimbursement back home for self-pay care. We recommend for you to consult with your health insurance provider for detailed coverage information about your current plan since individual plans may differ.
Depending on your plan, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles. If your plan is not currently accepted, UCA provides affordable self-pay rates.
A valid insurance card/ documentation, photo ID and credit or debit card number is required for persons presenting with insurance. Eligibility will be verified with your insurance carrier electronically at the time of your visit. The credit card number will be used to secure your account towards future balances that may become due once your insurance carrier has decided what amount is your responsibility.

No Insurance? No problem.
If you do not have health insurance, you can still visit UCA. We offer competitive and affordable self-pay rates. Costs per visit may vary depending on your needs and diagnosis.
