Recently, Kimberley Richardson of the Aruba Tourism Authority had the great pleasure to honor Aruba’s loyal and friendly visitors as a Goodwill Ambassador and an Emerald Ambassador of Aruba. The Goodwill Ambassador certificate is presented on behalf of the Minister of Tourism, as a token of appreciation to the guests who visit Aruba 20 years and more consecutively. The Emerald Ambassador certificate is presented to the guests who visit Aruba 35 years and more consecutively.
The Goodwill Ambassador certificate went to daughter Elizabeth Hawkins who has been visiting the island for 34 years consecutively. The Emerald Ambassador went to father Edward Hawkins who has been visiting the island 37 years consecutively. In one more year Elizabeth Hawkins will be an Emerald Ambassador as well!
Family Hawkins stated that they love the island very much, especially for its year-round sunny weather, nice sandy beaches and picturesque sunsets, and the family members that they have here.
Richardson together with the representatives of the Costa Linda Beach Resort presented the certificates to the honorees, handed over some presents and also thanked them for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination and as their home-away-from-home.
