Have a look at this great picture and words sent to us by Dawn Withers and Jack King:
“We made our first visit to Aruba in the winter of 2008. We chose the Divi Divi all-inclusive as we thought we would like the low rise area instead of the high rise. We were totally impressed and fell in love with the beautiful beaches and ocean in Aruba. We met so many friendly staff and tourists while we were there. I cried all the way to the airport when we had to leave. Not being that wealthy, we did not think we would ever have the money to return. We put our heads together when we got home and decided if we quit smoking we could save enough to return the next year. We returned in the winter of 2009. We are smoke free for 12 years. We have been there 16 times; sometimes twice a year since that first trip. We met so many lasting friendships there, residents and tourists. We actually got to participate in a neighborhood parade with some of our local friends. We continue to go to Aruba sometimes twice a year. Unfortunately due to the virus we had to cancel our July 2020 and Feb 2021 trip. We will be back when we get our vaccine.”
