SAN NICOLAS – The three elements mentioned in the title above are the ingredients for a real local experience. You cannot miss out on a visit to Mundi Health Café, recently opened in the renovated monumental building of the Nicolaas Store. This is not your ordinary cafe, young entrepreneur Tristan Nedd (22) set up a different concept and chose this historic building to open up his first own place.
Customers will discover a menu that is focused on healthy food, inspired by Tristan’s family recipes. His family ran their own food business and little Tristan had the business spirit already in his blood. He knew that one day he was going to open his own place, in San Nicolas as there lie his roots. His goal is to bring this part of the island forward and with his healthy concept cafe he will make a fair contribution to that noble cause.
