ORANJESTAD – Recently, the Department of Public Works (DOW) gave an update regarding the reconstruction project in the High Rise Hotel area, which is now in phase four.
The Department informed that this phase will last approximately eleven weeks, because it covers a longer distance than previous phases and there are more pipes that need to be installed.
The Department is also reminding people who intend to go to the area that the area is currently under construction, and access is not available for unauthorized persons. While it is possible to park cars on the side of the road, the Department emphasizes that it is not allowed to park on the road, and requests users to keep this in mind.
