Recently, Aruba Tourism Authority had the great pleasure in honoring many loyal Aruba visitors with their distinctive certificates. These certificates are a way to say “Masha Danki” for continuously choosing Aruba as a favorite vacation destination. The titles are as following: 10+ years “Distinguished Visitor”, 20+ years “Goodwill Ambassador” and 36+ years “Emerald Ambassador”.
The honorees were Charles R. & Eloise E. Clarke, residents of Washington, United States who were honored as Distinguished Ambassadors of Aruba.
This symbolic honorary title is presented on behalf of the Minister of Tourism as a token of appreciation to the guests who visit Aruba between the 10-20-35 and more consecutive year mark.
The loyal visitors love coming to the island for its beauty, the friendliness of the staff and locals, Aruba’s safery, the home-like feeling and the amazing beach.
The Aruba Tourism Authority’s Ms. Kimberly Richardson & Ms. Olga Ruiz, along with staff from the Divi Phoenix Aruba Beach Resort, presented the ambassadors with the Distinguished Ambassadors certificates. Finally, they gave the awardees some gifts and thanked them on behalf of the government of Aruba for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination for so long. Now Mr. and Mrs. Clarke may call Aruba their home away from home.
