Recently, Aruba Tourism Authority had the great pleasure in honoring many loyal Aruba visitors with their distinctive certificates. These certificates are a way to say “Masha Danki” for continuously choosing Aruba as a favorite vacation destination. The titles are as following: 10+ years “Distinguished Visitor”, 20+ years “Goodwill Ambassador” and 36+ years “Emerald Ambassador”.
The honorees were Dave and Lise Henkensiefken residents of Pennsylvania, United States who were honored as Distinguished Ambassadors as well as Dionisio E. Rosa and Yolanda A. Rojas, residents of Buenos Aires, Argentina who were honored as Goodwill Ambassadors.
This symbolic honorary title is presented on behalf of the Minister of Tourism as a token of appreciation to the guests who visit Aruba between the 10-20-35 and more consecutive year mark.
The reasons our loyal visitors provided for returning to the Island were the beautiful beach and crystal clear water, the people and their friendliness, the services, the relaxing atmosphere, the environment, the delicious food and Costa Linda being their home away from home.
Ms. Olga Ruiz representing the Aruba Tourism Authority, and members of the Costa Linda Beach Resort Aruba bestowed the certification of the Ambassadors and presented the Ambassadors with gifts, and thanked them on behalf of the Government of Aruba for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination for so many years. The Honorees can now call Aruba their home away from home.
