Aruba Today welcomes readers to participate in our newspaper. Now that we are open to visitors again after the three months of lockdown we are all ears to hear about you. How do you feel to be back or maybe this is your first time in Aruba? Let us know! Send us a picture and tell us about your experience because we love to share this with our readers.
What do you do?
It’s easy. Mail us your vacation picture(s) together with completing the sentence: Aruba to me is …….. (Email: news@arubatoday.com) and we will publish this in our newspaper. This for sure is a great vacation memory to take home with you.
For today’s newspaper we received some great pictures from Jennifer Koegel, New Jersey. Her son Nicolas is turning 16 today. Happy birthday Nicholas from your family and Aruba Today team!
“My daughter, Jessica, is nine. She has been coming to Aruba with us since she was two months old in 2011. My son Justin is 11, his passport expired in July. We luckily received assistance from a United States Senator in obtaining his new passport in time to be able to travel to Aruba.
My oldest son Nicholas is turning 16 on August 12. He has not missed a birthday in Aruba since we started coming here with all the family in 2011. Thankfully he will be able to celebrate this year as well. He also traveled to Aruba in 2007 and 2008 prior to the birth of his siblings. We are timeshare owners at the Royal Palm (RIU) and the Divi Phoenix. Through the years we have donated to various animal rescues. In 2015 our hometown donated a large amount of brand new items such as art supplies, socks, underwear, and sneakers to children home Imeldahof. We are so blessed to be here!”
