It all begins on the beautiful island of Aruba, where diners are invited at 6:30 pm. Upon arrival, they are warmly welcomed to Infini’s garden, an open space with a stunning view of the sea and sunset. Here, they receive their first champagne and the first course, served at the table by the chef and his kitchen team. In addition to welcoming them, they explain in detail what the dish is about, what inspired it, and which local products are highlighted. Once the first course is over and the sun has set into the waves of the sea, guests are invited inside.
When diners enter Infini, they are about to embark on an unparalleled culinary journey. The space exudes sophistication, with the kitchen at the center and the tables arranged around it, creating an intimate atmosphere. The lighting adds a romantic touch, even if you are dining alone. The sommelier serves the start of the wine pairing, explaining the details of each wine, its origin, and the focus in relation to the second course, which is again served by each chef at the table. This is just the beginning of a great culinary experience where not only the talent of Aruba’s gastronomy is evident, but also the effort to highlight local suppliers. From microgreens, fruits, and vegetables to quail and ceramic plates, everything combines perfectly to showcase the island’s rich cultural and gastronomic heritage.
