AHATA: In March Aruba experienced an 83% recovery in hotel occupancy

The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association has published the latest hotel performance data reporting that in March 2022 Aruba hotels experienced a 74% average occupancy rate.

March 2022

Occupancy: The occupancy rate was 74%, which is 17% lower than in March 2019.

ADR: In comparison to 2019, the average daily rate (for occupied rooms) increased by 4% to $353.31.

RevPAR: The revenue per available room was $261.68, which is an 87% recovery compared to 2019.

Timeshare

AHATA’s Timeshare properties experienced a 90% occupancy rate in March, and project an average occupancy of 87% for April 2022.
