For today we received a lovely message from Beth Ellyn Rosenthal.
She wrote to us saying: “What Aruba means to me is azure blue tranquility away from a crazy world.
I bought my timeshare at Caribbean Palm Village in 1989. I have come every year except for pandemic 2020. But I came twice in 2021! That’s 35 years.
I count the days until I can come back to MY happy island. I love the sparking blue-green waters where I exercise daily. The soft white sand, where I read a book. Malmok Boardwalk, where I walk the three miles every day it doesn’t rain. Surfside Beach, where I watch the planes arrive right overhead.
My son Austin is an accomplished chef. We live at Super Foods, C Mart and SaveMore. We cook like locals.
This is a month away from the craziness of our American lives. We give thanks this American Thanksgiving for Aruba.
