New Year’s Eve presents a number of fabulous dining options at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino with a three-course dinner at the Sunset Grille 5:30pm – 10:30pm, featuring the finest steaks and seafood specialties, or New Year’s Eve Grand Fiesta at Gilligan’s, on the edge of the beach, 5:30pm – 10:30pm. Mira Solo Lobby Bar will welcome 2021 in, 11pm – 1am, with cocktails and DJ music.
